A small introduction about you ✨
Hi! I’m Isabella and I’m originally from a small Tuscan city in Italy. I lived in Germany for several years, where I worked in hospitality and completed my bachelor’s degree. Later, I moved to Madrid for a Master’s in Human Resources Management. HR clicked with me because I love working with people and helping organisations create positive and engaging workplaces. I’m now really excited to be here and learn from a creative team like MVST!
What do you consider to be your greatest professional achievement so far?
One experience I’m especially grateful for was my traineeship at the European Parliament in Luxembourg, supporting HR-related projects in a very international setting. I met people from all over the world and learned how to communicate, collaborate, stay curious, and keep calm when I felt a bit overwhelmed. It pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way, and I’m excited to bring those learnings with me to MVST as I keep growing.
What do you do to provide yourself a good work-life balance?
I try to actively listen to what I need. When my mind or body needs rest, I take a break, because I’ve learned that when I’m rested, I’m able to give 100% at work. I also make time for activities that recharge me, like spending time with friends, traveling, going for walks, partying or simply enjoying a quiet evening with a book/movie and good food. This helps me stay motivated, present, and productive.
What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done, and what did you learn from it?
Probably the most adventurous thing I’ve done was moving abroad on my own pretty young. I learned new languages, discovered new cultures, and built a life from scratch. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me to stay open, adaptable, and not panic when things don’t go as planned. Mostly, I learned that saying “yes” to new adventures is usually where the best growth happens.
