A small introduction about you ✨

I am Guilherme, a tech enthusiast with a strong focus on Full Stack development. Throughout my journey, I’ve been balancing my Information Systems degree at UFSC while constantly learning new technologies. On a personal level, I consider myself to be a very friendly person who loves to spend free time playing sports, like basketball or even e-sports, or jamming on some musical instruments.

What's something that you're passionate about?

Professionally, I’m fascinated by exploring new tools, always diving into new things. Outside of work, my biggest passion is traveling, getting to know more cultures, learning new languages, and simply spending quality time with my fiancée and our dog.

What's the most memorable piece of advice you've received, and how has it influenced your life?

Someone once taught me to always look people in the eye during a conversation if I truly want to take something valuable from it. This simple advice taught me that every interaction is a chance to learn something new and build genuine relationships!

What do you value in a new company / in a boss / in co-workers the most?

I highly value transparency and a true sense of friendship within the team. For me, an ideal environment is one where we can communicate openly, trust each other, and actually build a friendly connection.
