A small introduction about you ✨

Hey everyone! I’m Ahmed Mahfoudhi, a full-stack software engineer who enjoys building useful things for real people. What I like most about software is that it lets you combine problem solving with creativity, and turn ideas into experiences that actually make someone’s day a little easier. Outside of work, I really value quality time with family and friends, I enjoy football both as a player and a fan, and I still like coding competitions because they keep the fun side of problem solving alive for me.

What are your long-term career goals, and how do you plan to achieve them?

My long-term goal is to grow into a strong product-minded engineer who can take real ownership of meaningful parts of a product, not only from the technical side, but also in terms of how it creates value for users. I want to keep getting better at building full-stack experiences that are reliable, intuitive, and grounded in real needs. I plan to get there by staying close to product work, learning from strong people around me, and continuously putting myself in environments where I can grow through responsibility, feedback, and collaboration.

What's the most memorable piece of advice you've received, and how has it influenced your life?

Two pieces of advice really stayed with me. The first is not to be narrow-minded, and to keep lucidity, to stay humble about your own ideas, stay open to other perspectives, and keep the ability to question yourself honestly. The second is to enjoy the process and not attach your happiness only to the final result. Together, those ideas shaped how I approach both work and life: with more openness, more self-awareness, and a healthier mindset around growth.

What are you looking forward to the most at MVST?

I’m looking forward to two things especially. The first is working on real products with talented people who clearly care about quality, because that’s the kind of environment where I think you grow the most. The second is the human side of it, from what I’ve seen, MVST seems to put real effort into creating a team experience where people connect, and I think that makes the journey of building impactful software much more enjoyable and memorable.
