A small introduction about you ✨

Hi, I’m Rosa, from sunny Malaga in Spain! My path into tech hasn’t been the traditional one. I come from a different background, and I’ve always been drawn to creativity, stories, and finding ways to connect with people. Cinema, especially horror with its intensity and emotional depth, and music, from the raw energy of punk to the atmosphere of alternative rock, are two of my biggest passions. I love going to live shows and discovering new bands just as much as I love immersing myself in a powerful film. Storytelling, in all its forms, has always been part of me, and when I discovered software development, I realized it could be another way to channel that creativity and to tell stories, just through a different medium.

What inspired you to pursue a career in the software industry?

What inspired me was the mix of creativity, problem-solving, and the constant opportunity to learn. I’ve always loved the feeling of building something from scratch, whether it’s shaping a story or discovering a new way to express an idea. With software, I realized I could do the same but through a different medium: you start with nothing, and by mixing creativity and logic you can bring something to life that others can connect with. The possibility to do that – to create, to learn, and to share – is what drew me into tech and what keeps me motivated.

What do you consider to be your greatest professional achievement so far?

For me, the biggest achievement has been daring to start over. Choosing a new path and committing to it, even when it felt uncertain, is something I’m really proud of. It showed me that I can adapt in the face of challenges while staying true to myself, and that gives me confidence for everything that comes next.

What do you hope to gain from your experience working with MVST, and how do you plan to make the most of this opportunity?

What excites me most about MVST is its multicultural spirit and forward-thinking values. I believe creativity thrives in diverse and innovative environments, and I hope to grow both personally and professionally by being part of that.
