Hi, I'm Melker, a junior data analyst at MVST working on some exciting projects with real autonomy and impact. I come from an IT background (both formal education and family influence 😄), originally from Sweden but grew up in Spain. I'm a dog lover and you'll usually find me doing something active—basketball, volleyball, hiking, or the occasional gaming session.

What's something that you're passionate about?

Doing good work—no joke this time! 😊 I'm genuinely passionate about having a positive impact where I work and maintaining an active lifestyle. Basketball, nature, and volleyball keep me grounded outside of work.

What's the most memorable piece of advice you've received, and how has it influenced your life?

"Be structured, but stay adaptable." It sounds simple, but it's transformed how I approach work and life. Planning reduces stress; flexibility prevents panic. That balance has been key to staying effective through change.

What do you value in a new company / in a boss / in co-workers the most?

A culture where asking for help is encouraged, not penalized. Teams that take pride in their work and genuinely care about the mission. And communication that's direct, dynamic, and open to fresh ideas—no ego, just good collaboration.
