We’re thrilled to welcome Jose Izarra to the MVST team! 🎉 Joining us as a Full Stack Developer Intern, Jose brings passion, global perspective, and hands-on experience. Originally from Venezuela and now based in Madrid, he’s currently in his final year at IE University. Jose has already made an impact in the startup world, having built and deployed a ticket-selling platform. A small introduction about you ✨

Hello, I am Jose! I am from Venezuela but I have been living in Madrid for the past 7 years. I'm currently a student at IE University in my 4th year and a full stack engineer intern here at MVST. I speak English and Spanish, and I am passionate about learning Portuguese.

What do you consider to be your greatest professional achievement so far?

My professional career is just starting but something I am proud of is of creating and deploying a ticket selling platform for a startup called Dash.

What do you do to provide yourself a good work-life balance?

I love playing football and going to the gym, they are essential to helping me release stress and disconnect from everything, definitely a must-have in my life.

What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done, and what did you learn from it?

One of the most adventurous things I have done is move to Segovia for my first year of uni, it is a small town where I had to live alongside 2 roommates for the first time. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot, from cooking to maintaining the house in order to learning to manage my time better to handle all my responsibilities.
