A small introduction about you ✨

I’m Clara, 23, from Brazil (Rio de Janeiro!) and currently living in Barcelona. I moved here almost a year ago to finish my studies in International Relations—and let’s just say, it’s been one of the best decisions of my life. I love the beach, summer vibes, parties and spending time outdoors, I also love staying in, ordering some food and binge-watching my favorite shows. I’m a big fan of spontaneous travel plans, discovering cafés, dancing, and just talk. I believe the little things—like good coffee, music and people who make you laugh.

What's something that you're passionate about?

I’m passionate about connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences, whether it’s through work, travel, or everyday moments. I love understanding different perspectives, cultures and learn about everything, which is probably why I chose to study International Relations and work with Human Resources.

What's the most memorable piece of advice you've received, and how has it influenced your life?

One of the most memorable pieces of advice I’ve ever received came from my dad—one of the wisest people I know and truly my best friend (miss him btw). He always tells me that life won’t always be fair, but your attitude can always be kind. That lesson has stayed with me in so many different moments, specially living abroad. It reminds me that while I can’t control everything that happens around me, I can always choose how I show up in the world. It’s helped me approach life with more empathy, patience, and resilience. It helps me stay grounded and grateful for what I have and who I am, while keeping faith that something beautiful might be just around the corner.

What do you value the most in a company, a boss, or co-workers?,

I deeply value empathy, learning, and communication. I thrive in environments where people genuinely care about each other and where everyone feels safe to share ideas, take risks, and learn. I admire leaders who are inspiring but also approachable—who lead with both confidence and compassion. As for co-workers, I love being around people who are collaborative, curious, and down-to-earth, and who know how to balance ambition with a good sense of humor. :)
