The Client
MyLocalina is a product by the swiss based company Localsearch, owned by Swisscom. It’s an easy-to-use electronic reservation book for restaurants to manage their digital guest database. With the customer management application, restaurant guests can easily reserve a table at a desired time – simply online!
The Challenge
Within the application, restaurants can process and manage future reservations and thus monitor the behavior of their customers. To improve the overall performance and usability, we were asked to redesign the interface.
Our Solution
When choosing the right design we made sure that the colors are light, clean and eye-catching. The interface is easy to access and use by everyone and - most important - the solution should be used with pleasure!
The Results
A new look and feel for MyLocalina improved not only the business of Swisscom but also helped their customers manage reservations and offer their guests an even better experience. We are happy to help with this project!
